Laiken DeMorrett, advocacy director for the North Dakota Women's Business Center, is a servant leader, community builder, and advocate for women-owned small businesses. She specializes in leadership development, marketing, and event production, and is dedicated to sharing the collective voice of women business owners to drive economic impact throughout North Dakota. 


Elizabeth Phares Oren | Client Success Director

Elizabeth Phares Oren, client success director for the North Dakota Women's Business Center, is a subject matter expert when it comes to small business and is passionate about helping women business owners grow. Whether it is boosting their confidence or coaching them through the steps of entrepreneurship, she prides herself on meeting people where they are and connecting them to the resources they need to move to the next level.
